Update: To Doug’s credit he has offered to back and redo the patio he installed and we paid him for…at a discount. The pitch of the patio is still an issue. Water puddling / settling also an issue.  He has had to come by multiple times to redo the poly sand application and still the sand washes away. The height of the patient we agreed was a miscommunication but this is just one of the issues.

We contacted Pacheco Masonry to build a retaining wall in our front yard.  They responded with a quote within a few days and the wall and landscaping work was accomplished in four days.  The team was highly professional and efficient and and carefully cleaned the site after the work was completed.  We won’t hesitate to use them again for further masonry work.  We highly recommend.

I hired Doug Pacheco and his team to dig and built a bulkhead so I could have additional access to my basement. They did an outstanding job. It was such a high quality job, and I’ve had a lot of compliments from everyone who has seen the work. Pricing was fair and great communication with Doug and his team. The project site was kept clean as well. Additionally, they did some paver work to fix and create a new walkway which came out great. I can’t say enough good things about this company, Doug, Welvis, and their entire crew at D Pacheco Masonry. Being a Realtor, I meet a lot of vendors and I’m pretty particular of whom I use and recommend. I used Pacheco Masonry for my own personal patio project. 10 days before my daughters graduation, my husband and I decided to pull the trigger and redo our outdoor patio. It was an aggressive undertaking so close to a large function we had soon approaching on our calendar. Doug and Welvis gave us a very detailed quote, outlining line by line the process, cost, and timeline. We signed and 6 days prior to my daughters graduation party, a truck dropped off the pallets of pavers in mydaughtee had a digger in our backyard and it looked like a construction site. They demo’d, regraded, buried the gutters into a dry well, and cleaned up every evening they left. These guys showed up  early, worked late and gave us a product I only dreamed of. Every step of the way, they communicated with us. The workers were so kind and hard working. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. They will be my “go to” resource for referrals. I can attest to the quality, communication, and professionalism. We love our new patio, walkway and steps. They started and completed in 6 days. It was a big job and looks incredible. Doug and his incredible team of mason specialists designed and installed our patio this spring. They were the cleanest, fastest, most efficient and talented team of contractors we've ever worked with. Worst experience with a contractor ever. They came to my house to give me a quote on a small project. They NEVER got back to me with a quote after telling me I would hear from them in a day or so. I called them looking for the quote never returned my call. How rude. Stay away from this company.
